How to make an appointment at the BSO clinic

We know that getting through on the telephone to the BSO clinic can be difficult at peak times. We suggest that you use our contact form if you can, so that one of our reception team can deal with your enquiry quickly or call you back if convenient.

To call the clinic, please ring 020 7089 5360. If you have problems getting through on this number, you may also try our switchboard which is 020 7407 0222.

Appointment times

In the general clinic first appointments (or appointments for patients who haven't been to the clinic in the last six months) are one hour and twenty minutes. Follow up appointments are forty minutes.

The general clinic is open for booking appointments from Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.30. The earliest appointments start at 8.40am. For a first appointment (as these take longer), the latest time that can be given is 16.40. Otherwise the last appointment time is 5.20pm. We are not currently open in the evenings or at weekends.

Our specialist clinics run on specific days/times, the length of the appointment varies so please check with our clinic reception team for current scheduling.
